Hopkinton Youth Track Program for 2024-
Powered by Franklin Pierce University Track & Field-- Join us Tuesdays and Sundays this spring to learn the keys to running faster, jumping higher and throwing further! Using proven developmental drills and fun games, join FPU’s NCAA DII coaches and student-athletes as they look to share their decades of experience competing at the highest levels with Hopkinton’s grades K-6!
Focusing on a new movement theme each week, your little athlete will be safely taught a series of fundamental functional movements that can be used in any sport or physical activity!
K-6th grade — Tuesday 6 -7pm & Sundays 5-6pm: Will focus on a progression of simple to complex movements throughout practices, introducing new track & field events each week. The athletes will apply their new skills through hands-on experiences. The athletes will not only learn the basics but provided opportunities to discover which events and discipline they enjoy most. A culminating “home meet” on Sunday June 9th – the 3rd annual HYT Dirt track Classic—will allow them to showcase their hard work in an exciting and competitive environment!

- Sunday, June 9th – 5pm-6pm (WATER FUN DAY!)
**The 3rd Annual Dirt Track Classic will be held on the afternoon of Sunday, June 2nd…more details will be sent out in the coming weeks!
