The Rec Dept. is offering 2 new 6 week classes- Becoming a Ballerina I & II!  Classes are taught by Angela Tarleton from Kearsarge Conservatory for the Performing Arts.  Angela has her Masters Degree in the arts.  She has taught all ages and levels of performing arts as well as at universities and both national and international workshops.  She has logged thousands of hours performing in musical theatre, Shakespeare, classical theatre, contemporary theatre, children’s theatre and all forms of dance.

Classes are on February 7,14,21 & March 7,14,21 (no class over Feb. vacation week)

Becoming a Ballerina Level I
For kids in grades K-3
Thursdays 3:30-4:30
Slusser Center Lower Level Exercise Room

Becoming a Ballerina Level II
For kids in grades 4-5
Thursday 4:30-5:30
Slusser Center Lower Level Exercise Room

-Kids should bring ballet shoes and wear comfortable clothing (leotards/tights preferred but not required)

At KCPA, the goal is to train our students in a non-competitive fun and loving environment that promotes excellence, self confidence and self discipline.   KCPA works with and performs for the local community events to encourage harmony and good will within the Kearsarge area. KCPA loves teaching and training students of all ages from children 2&1/2 years old through adults.
