Join us for a 5 week gratitude meditation course Thursdays from 8:15 am-8:45 am.  This starts January 23 and goes through Feb 20 and is held at the Slusser Center.  There is no cost for the program.

A Five Week Guided Course:
Inspiring action: A theme and intention setting paired with a short, guided meditation practice.
Knowledge sharing: Mindfulness tips and techniques to incorporate into your daily routine.
An invitation: Reflection and gratitude journaling to help stimulate and embody the learning.
