Over time and with commitment, experiential Mindfulness Training can result in greater focus, clarity, peace and more importantly, an overall sense of well-being (mind, body and spirit). This practice of self-inquiry helps build resiliency skills and leads to new ways for responding to life’s daily challenges.
A typical “Mindfulness Huddle” includes:
- Inspiring action:
- A theme and intention setting
- Guided present-moment awareness training
- Knowledge sharing: Mindfulness exercise, tips and techniques you can incorporate into your daily routine.
- An invitation: Gratitude journaling to help embody the learning.

WHEN: Weekly Mindfulness Huddles are scheduled Thursdays from 8:00-9:00am starting 12 March 2020.
WHO: Training is led by Marcia Shell, Army Veteran, Mindfulness Life Coach, and Warriors at Ease (WAE) Yoga Teacher (www.thehumblewarrioryogi.com)
