9-10 am Chair Yoga (downstairs exercise room)
2-3 pm Strength & Balance with Judy (downstairs exercise room)
Tuesdays
9-10 am Strength Exercises with Gloria (downstairs exercise room)
1-4 pm Cribbage (upstairs dining room)
1:30-4:30 pm Knitting (downstairs exercise room)
Wednesdays
12 pm Drive Thru Senior Lunch (drive through Food Pantry awning)
1-4 pm Scrabble (upstairs dining room)
2-3 pm Strength & Balance with Judy (downstairs exercise room)
Thursdays
9-10 am Strength Exercises with Gloria (downstairs exercise room)
9-12 Quilting (upstairs dining room)
1:30-4:30 pm Crocheting (upstairs dining room)
Friday
1-4 pm Bingo on the 1st & 3rd Friday (upstairs dining room)
1-4 Mah Jongg 2nd & 4th Friday (upstairs dining room)
1-Participants are encouraged to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (with the required 14 day wait period completed). All participants must sign a Covid waiver. Masks are required.
2- Group size is limited to 10 downstairs and 20 upstairs, with Hopkinton residents having priority. All participants must wear masks at all times (unless having a water break) and remain 6 feet apart at all times (unless they are from the same household or are caregivers).
3- Group leaders will open up the door for participants. The outside dining room door is the access for the upstairs; the outside exercise room door is used for the downstairs.
5- There is a maximum time of 3 hr max per program and participants may not linger after class ends.
6- Eating is not permitted. Participants must bring own water bottles. Public water fountains are not available.
7-All common areas are not open to participants, except bathrooms.
8- Participants must stay home if not feeling well.
